Después de haberlos contratado, puedo decir que son realmente competentes: siempre que he necesitado su ayuda me han atendido en menos de 3 horas. Empecé con un servidor virtual dedicado y actualmente tengo un servidor reseller, ya que así me es más fácil la gestión de los sitios de mis clientes. Quizás me gustaría tener más control sobre el servicio, pero entiendo sus restricciones al ser un servicio compartido. Llevo más de 4 años con Baehost y durante ese tiempo, el servidor se cayó 2 veces y se levantó el mismo día, creo que con esto lo digo todo… Es excelente el servicio, y siempre que puedo los recomiendo a través de las redes sociales, cuando alguien pregunta qué hosting contratar. Algunos dicen “es un poco más caro que otros que ví...” y entonces les respondo “¿Querés calidad en servicio y Soporte Técnico las 24 horas? Entonces pagalo y no te arriesgues… yo lo uso desde hacer 4 años y siempre funciona”.

Brindo servicio de autorización de Prácticas Bioquímicas para Fe.Bi.Pa (Federación Bioquímica Patagónica) mediante un producto denominado SUAP (Sistema Único de Autorización de Prácticas). El servicio consiste en abstraer al usuario las diversas políticas de autorización de cada Obra Social y de cada Prepaga en un sistema único y homogéneo en el uso. Al iniciar la actividad de SUAP debía contratar un servicio que cumpliera con los requisitos de la Ley de Habeas Data, es decir, la necesidad de que los servidores deben estar en territorio nacional. Luego de una búsqueda en Google y de consultas diversas, optamos por el servicio de Servidor Virtual Baehost debido a la relación calidad/precio. SUAP es una aplicación web y es fundamental que funcione bien. Estoy satisfecho con el servicio, el Soporte que ofrecen del producto que venden siempre me ha dejado muy satisfecho, como así también la prolijidad en cuanto a los avisos de corte del servicio por mantenimiento.
