Create your own DNS under the main domain of the server. The DNS will be ns1 and ns2 under the main domain and both pointing to the server's IP address. The main domain must be self-delegated following the form ns1.domain -> IP and ns2.domain -> IP or creating a glue record in the domain registrar in the same way. The domains that you delegate from your clients will normally be delegated to your main domain in the form ns1.domain and ns2.domain.
