To prevent your IP from entering Blacklist, a maximum limit of emails sent per hour has been established. In case of exceeding this limit per hour, an error like this will appear in your mail client:

"Rate limit has been exceeded. Try again later. (# 4.3.0)"

If you have not sent mass emails, it is possible that someone has your email password and is using it to send spam. In that case, we recommend that you change the email account password and check your computer with an antimalware.
