The data to configure your email account as IMAP:
Username: name@mydomain.com
Password: Use the password for the email account.
Incoming server: mail.mydomain.com
Port: 993, with SSL security
Outgoing mail server: mail.mydomain.com
Port 465, with SSL security
POP3 and SMTP require authentication.
As an alternative you can use the autoconfigurator, which is an application that automatically configures your outlook with the
values indicated above.
Steps to access the tool:
1- Enter the CPANEL.
2- Then enter "Email Accounts" in the "Email" section. There you will be able to view a list of all the email accounts that you have. Click on "Install email client".
In the upper part you will be able to locate the autoconfiguration applications of mail clients that you can download.
